This project focuses on evaluating and quantifying the rater biases in scoring the students’ narrative writing in Casper situational judgment test. We propose to combine a cutting-edge natural language processing approaches with computational psychometric model to provide a scalable pipeline to detect, evaluate, and report rater’s bias characteristics.
